DZINEKART products are handcrafted using materials such as mother of pearl, bone inlay, resin, brass, teak wood and other premium finishes. Minor variations in colour, pattern, texture, grain, dimensions and finish are natural characteristics of artisan-made products and are not considered defects.

Images are intended for reference only. Screen settings, lighting and the handmade nature of each piece may affect how colours, texture, pattern and detailing appear.

Customized, personalised and made-to-order products are produced according to customer specifications. Once production has commenced, changes to design, dimensions, colour, finish, material or delivery details may not always be possible and may involve additional charges or revised timelines.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, confirming customized specifications, providing accurate contact and delivery information and ensuring suitable access for furniture delivery.

The DZINEKART name, branding, logos, product imagery, designs, catalogues, website content and related intellectual property are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Website content, product images and designs may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially used without prior written permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DZINEKART will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from the use of our products, website or services.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction specified by DZINEKART in official invoice, quotation or business documentation, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
